Samsung Galaxy Fold Launching in Korea on September 6

Samsung Electronics officially confirmed the launch of the Galaxy Fold device in Korea on September 6, 2019. As you are aware that the Samsung Galaxy Fold is one of the anticipated foldable phones and its launch was initially scheduled on April 2019 but it was delayed due to the display issue reported by many of the reviewers before its launch. Samsung has sent an official note regarding the issue and confirmed there will be a delay in the launch of the Galaxy Fold. Now, after 4 months, they have made a comeback with the foldable phone.

During the past several months, Samsung has been refining the Galaxy Fold to ensure it delivers the best possible experience. Not only we improved the Galaxy Fold’s design and construction, but also took the time to rethink the entire consumer journey. – Samsung News

As per the official press release from Samsung Electronics, the Galaxy Fold device will be launching in Korea on Septemeber 6, 2019. After Korea, the device will be launched in France, Germany, Singapore, U.K, U.S and more countries soon. Initially, the device will be available in two colours – Cosmos Black and Space Silver colours. 5G ready option will also be available in selected countries according to Samsung.

In the Samsung USA blog, the company said that the device will be available in the coming weeks. There is no exact date confirmed yet for the US launch. In the Samsung UK news blog, they confirmed that the device will be available to buy from 18th September in the UK via an exclusive operator partnership with EE, as well as from Samsung Experience Stores. Soon, we can expect the device in all countries including India.
