Google has officially released the first stable build of the next-generation Android operating system Android 10 on Tuesday (Septemeber 3rd). Usually, the stable build was available for all the Pixel devices on day 1, but this time alongside with the pixel devices, Essential Phone and Xiaomi has released the Android 10 update to its devices Essential PH1 and Redmi K20 Pro on day 1 which is a surprise for their users. If you remember, Xiaomi has been testing the Android 10 beta in Redmi K20 Pro for the past few weeks (since August), but even though the stable rollout on the day 1 is really an unexpected gift for the Xiaomi fans.
The Android 10 update for Redmi K20 Pro was being rolled out to the users in China and India. For Chinese users, the update is available via the MIUI update 10.4.4.0 and for the Indian users via MIUI 10.4.7.0. For the other regions, there has been no update/news yet about the rollout. As the company started working on Android 10 on MIUI, Soon we can expect the Android 10 update on other Xiaomi smartphones as well.
