Xiaomi RedmiBook Trademark Registered in India – Expect The Launch Soon

Will the next big product launch from Xiaomi India will be a Laptop? Internet is flooding with a lot of news in the last few days about the RedmiBook launching in India.

Xiaomi has been in the laptop market for a while in China with their MI Notebook laptops. After the split of Redmi as a sub-brand, the company has launched the RedmiBook laptops last year. In May 2018, the RedmiBook 14 inch model was launched in China and they are made available at an affordable price.

Xiaomi has already started selling many of the lifestyle and consumer electronics products apart from smartphones in India. From there, MI fans have been early waiting for the Mi/Redmi Notebooks to be launched in India. But, there is no official confirmation from the company yet about the laptops launch date.

Xiaomi RedmiBook Trademark Registered in India:

Now there is a valid proof which confirms that Xiaomi RedmiBook will be available very soon in India. The company has registered the RedmiBook TradeMark in India. You can find it in the Intellectual Property India website. As per the trademark entry, RedmiBook is the wordmark registered by Xiaomi Inc.

RedmiBooks are available with Intel’s 8th-gen Core i5, Core i7 processors, Core i3 processors, AMD Ryzen and Intel’s 10th-gen Core processors with Nvidia’s GeForce MX250 graphics cards. Also, they are available in both 13-inch and 14-inch sizes. The base price of the AMD variant is around Rs.30000 (as per China Price) and the base price of the Core i3 variant is around Rs.32000 (as per China Price).

If all goes well, we can expect the RedmiBook laptops in India very soon. Let’s see how the company make the pricing for the Indian users.
