During the WWDC19 event, Apple has announced iOS 13 for iPhones, iPadOS for iPads and watchOS 6 for Apple Watch. The new watchOS 6 includes stylish watch faces, Enhanced Siri, App store, Cycle tracking and more.
Apple details the list of devices that will be compatible with the new watchOS 6 on its website. Below are the devices compatible with watchOS 6:
- Apple Watch Series 1
- Apple Watch Series 2
- Apple Watch Series 3
- Apple Watch Series 4
- Apple Watch Series 5
Please note that Not all features are available on all devices. watchOS 6 requires iPhone 6s or later running with iOS 13 or later, and one of the above Apple Watch models.
watchOS 6 Release Date:
The stable version is expected to be rolled out during Mid-September along with the new 2019 iPhones launch event.
